*Note: Children under the age of one year old, if given honey can become terribly sick (life threatening)- botulism results because of the spores in the honey. A baby’s system is too undeveloped and cannot handle it.

Miracle Tea
Put two teaspoons of honey and two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of regular or decaffeinated tea.  Drink one or more times a day for an incredible energy boost 

This mixture works within your system to alleviate the joint pain of arthritis.

For obesity-drink some before meals to reduce the feelings of hunger.

It helps allergies, increases blood calcium levels, and helps reduce high blood pressure.

Almonds also reduce intoxication by absorbing alcohol. 

WARNING:Nuts can aggravate herpes cold sores because they contain arginine, a common amino acid in nuts. Also you can have a food allergy to nuts that can be life threatening.

Garlic also has many healthful properties if used raw.  A half teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar, in a large glass of tomato or vegetable juice with a clove of smashed raw garlic is delicious for breakfast-(add a touch of Worcheshire sauce).   Looking for recipes!--send me yours!
